Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
